At Ninos Kids Store, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right size or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
